Welcome to 2015, My Friends!

A new year means a blank page, a clean slate, a fresh start. A new year brings a brand NEW BEGINNING.

Despite our assorted differences, each of us holds a brand new beginning. Every Dec. 31, we reflect upon where we wish to take our own beginning in the coming year. We consider our past in order to improve our present. We look upon every aspect of our lives from family and friend relationships to daily health and nutrition. We peel back the pages of last year's script piece by piece, meditating upon the choices, changes and occurences that have escorted each of us to our own particular place. We then look ahead with a strong sense of hope, determination and confidence not only in the future, but also in ourselves.

May our next 365 pages be filled with beautiful days, memorable moments and incredible experiences!

"We will open the book. Its pages are blank. We are going to put words on them ourselves. The book is called 'Opportunity,' and its first chapter is New Year's Day." ~ Edith Pierce
